Gilbane is seeking a Preconstruction Executive to lead preconstruction and design phase services and manages preconstruction team for multiple projects, all projects within a Business Unit (BU), or on a single large complex project.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar technical field9-12 years of experience in leading operations, procurement, estimating, scheduling, or supply chain management teams5-7 years of experience in construction management industry or A/E industryPrevious experience working with Intel, semi-conductor, cleanroom or advanced electronics projectsExperience on multiple project delivery types preferred (CMR, DB, IPD, etc.)Design phase/design-build management experience preferredOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

For San Jose, CA this ranges from $197,600-$241,500 plus benefits and retirement program.
