About the Job This position is responsible for operating Pneumatic Trucks around the plant site, dropping, hooking up and loading trailers. They are also responsible for operating the computer-controlled hydration system and related equipment when the Process Technician is not available. + Operate a tractor/trailer. + Load product into designated trailers. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment. + Operate a railcar mover, bobcat and forklift. + Operate a trans loader to unload railcars into trailers. + Provide paperwork to the office on loaded trailers. + Communicate with the carriers and office to schedule loads. + Performs/Assists with Process Technician duties. Required Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. + Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience required. + Skills: Proficient with a computer and strong communication required. Basic math skills also required. + Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required. + Shift: Willingness to work shift work and work some weekends. + Abilities: Must be able to get on top of trailers during loading process.
