Job DescriptionBecoming part of our international and dynamic team means to support the operational controlling processes of our European legal entities and provide reportings to our stakeholders.As a PreMaster in Regional Controlling Europe you will proactively shape the digital transformation in our area by taking over responsibility for process optimization/automation, the creation of self-service reporting tools and the improvement of our tools and systems.In the area of sales controlling you will assist with tender calculations and the commercial validation of business case calculations regarding profitability (EBIT).Duo to cross-functional collaboration, you will get insights into the work of other departments such as sales, marketing and logistics.Furthermore you will work on controlling related projects.

QualificationsEducation: You will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) in the area of business economics, controlling or a similiar field with above-average results, and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course afterwards.Experience and Knowledge: First-hand experiences (particularly in Finance), working with large data bases (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse), and knowledge of Power BI are beneficial, additionally the ability to communicate effectively is essentialQualifications: Very good skills in MS Office (especially Excel)Personality and Working Practice: teamplayer, reliable, structured, independentEnthusiasm: To work in an international environmentLanguages: Very good spoken and written English skills, German is a plus

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
