Job DescriptionBecome part of our team and coordinate the locations in the international production network (IPN) for power electronics in China, Hungary, Romania and other countries.You will track the key performance indicators (KPIs) in the IPN and assist us with IPN planning processes. This includes topics such as the location concept, technical capacity, investments and much more.You will also manage specific improvement projects in the international production network.While working with us, your focus will be on cooperation between the sites and identifying synergies through exchange.QualificationsEducation: you will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) in the area of Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences (possibly with specialization in Automotive Engineering or Production Engineering), Business Administration or similar with above-average results and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafterExperience and Knowledge:initial experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally large-scale automotive production), participation in projects/activities in the field of production optimizationInternships/projects that required international cooperation or intercultural communication, especially in the mentioned countriesExperience in defining, tracking and analyzing KPIs to evaluate production performanceFamiliarity with relevant software tools, such as MS Office, ERP systems, project management software, PowerBI/TableauKnowledge of production processes, lean management, Six Sigma or comparable methods for process optimization desirableBasic understanding of power electronics and their applications is an advantagePersonality and Working Practice: you are able to analyze complex data and make sound decisions; your sensitivity and understanding of cultural differences enables you to work effectively with international teams; your proactive approach to challenges and ability to develop creative solutions characterize youWork Routine: willingness for occasional travelEnthusiasm: passion for the automotive industry and electrificationLanguages: business fluent in English, knowledge of German and other languages advantageousAdditional InformationThe Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
