About the Role

Analyse, design, develop, deliver and execute quality and effective classroom and digital learning programmes to achieve key agency metrics within budgeted costs and timelines, and support entity-wide projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Learning Program Design and Development (40%)

Identify and analyse agency training needs aligning with business directionConduct research on best practices & up-to-date statistics; conduct focus group interview with Master Trainers, AEs and Training PartnerDesign and develop training program (classroom, e-learning, bite-size, blended etc), training material, script, workbook, facilitator’s manual & translationDevelop e-learning content using articulate software or others appsMonitor and review Curriculum design & training delivery effectivenessEvaluation and Feedback collation through various channels or method

Training Delivery (40%)

Deliver agents development program through multiple learning channel including but not limited to physical classroom, virtual classroom, live eventSupport other training delivery needs

Projects and Others (20%)

Support the execution of business projectsPerforms other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements

Degree holder from any field of studyMinimum 5 years of related experience in training or insurance industryLOMA qualification, certification as facilitator for BAMC, LIMRA/GAMA Agency Management Programs or equivalent will be value added.Good analytic, presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skillsAble to prepare & upkeep training materials by using most common software (e.g. MS Office suite)Fast learner, curiosity for knowledge and able to conceptualize ideasPleasant personality and presentable
