Design program content, methods and implementation processWork with Subject Matter Expert to analyse business needs and develop learning objectives and outcomesResearch on best practices and explore on appropriate tools and platform to produce compelling and engaging learning deliverables that align to Premier Academy and regulatory guidelinesCarry out Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessionCoach RTS on program delivery after TTT

Quality Assurance & Personal Development

Curriculum design & training delivery effectiveness monitoring and reviewEvaluation and Feedback compilationAttend certification programs

Strategic Planning and New Projects

Support the execution of business projects, maintain project documentation and communication

Job Requirements

Degree holder from any field of studyMinimum 3 years of related experience in training or insurance industryLOMA qualification, certification as facilitator for BAMC, LIMRA/GAMA Agency Management Programs or equivalent will be value added.Good analytic, presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skillsAble to prepare & upkeep training materials by using most common software (e.g. MS Office suite)Fast learner, curiosity for knowledge and able to conceptualize ideasPleasant personality and presentable
