About the Role

To lead the end-to-end management and processing of platforms/systems under Premier Academy and Elite Academy to ensure smooth on-boarding and learning and development experience to Agency force.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Administration and maintenance of all platforms under Premier Academy

Involved in key critical initiatives impacting systems/platforms related to Premier Academy & Elite AcademyOversee & lead day to day operations of all recruitment and learning systems related to Premier Academy & Elite AcademyEnsure issues/defects pertaining to systems are raised, track and resolved to ensure smooth learning & development experience for our Agency force Identify gaps/opportunities within systems & work with other team members for process/functionalities improvement.Oversee communication with both internal and external collaborators are done on a timely basis and in a proper manner.Delegate individual task & set timelines to team members

Learning Program Management

Lead, supervise and manage and ensure all task related to training programs administration on are properly done as per the process and requirements.Manage all courses (eLearning, Virtual Classroom, Physical Classroom, digital learning contents) creation in iLearn, and manage course changes as and when neededManage user enrollment/withdrawal/change of class, ensure timely attendance tracking/course completion reportsEnsure end to end communication pertaining training programs

Training Reporting

Provide reports & analytics related to on-boarding journey and learning development and training according to the agreed frequency & timeline to all internal and external team members.Collect and report program evaluations & support analytics requirements.

Communication & Customer Uplift

Be involved in all key meetings to understand the current situation, gaps and provide ideas on improvements required to uplift the communication & customer experience based on the key KPIs under APAc & Elite Academy

Minimum Job Requirements

At least 3-5 years within Performance Marketing including but not limited to Paid Search & Paid SocialA high level of experience applying the DoubleClick stack, Adobe & Google Analytics including creating bid strategies and trafficking for SEM & Programmatic Performance campaignsAnalytical, yet operates strategically, with understanding of the 'big picture'Competency with figures and simple calculations - including pivot tables, charts and formulate.Good on the tools and platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and OutlookAdditional certifications across Google/Facebook/PMP and Etc. is plus point
