About the Role

Lead all aspects of integrated marketing communications initiatives to support promotion of AIA & AIAPA recruitment strategies for Hong Kong and Macau market

Roles and Responsibilities:

Be a champion to develop marketing communication plan ranged from through the line promotion, Digital or social media marketing and direct marketing, focusing on agency recruitmentFormulate comprehensive marketing strategy from value proposition to segmented marketing to incorporate with overall agency recruitment strategiesGenerates idea and insight to derive marketing campaign, develop content strategy focusing on targeted segment to facilitate recruitment activitiesAct as campaign lead to drive core stakeholder involvement, including cross department coordination and agency engagementEnsure marketing initiatives in line with key business focuses and complied with regulatory, compliance and risk requirementsConduct market research and study trend on customer behaviour & preference, evaluate competitor campaign and program. Track and evaluate campaign efficiency ride on data analyticsLead external partners to ensure a smooth launch of campaigns and marketing communication initiatives. Orchestrate resources and ensure campaigns deliver within set timelineManage budget to maximize the ROI derived from campaigns

Minimum Job Requirements:

6-8 years working experience in Marketing & Advertising agency, and/or experience in financial industry & reputable brand is preferredSuccessful track record of brand marketing, marketing communication and digital marketing - social media engagementStrategical approach and business focus. Hands on experience in campaign management, project leading and content managementAnalytical ability to derive observation and insights from data and translate into relevant suggestionsStrong people and relationship building skills across internal stakeholders and external partners managementExcellent time management and project management skillsA team player, organized, reliable, dynamic and adaptive to changesUniversity graduate major in Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines
