About the Role
To compile and prepare agency related reports so as to maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality information for agency management.Roles and Responsibilities:
Build reports, visualizations, and dashboards to optimally communicate data insights to collaboratorsSupport department administration and operation, agency engagement and communication effectiveness by agency process optimizationMaintaining department governance is following with SOP standardCommunicate and co-operate with difference departments for administration tasksDevelop and maintain automated scripts or utilize Power Platform tools to streamline the process of data requirement identification, collection, execution, and distributionCollaborate with different agent business units to analyse and interpret sophisticated data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive agent and business growthMinimum Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business or relevant quantitative fieldProven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environmentSpecific Skills
Proven experience in administration in insurance industry or banking industry; experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong organization and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar is an advantageFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.g. Office Script) and/or automation tools (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate) is highly desirableOthers:
