We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

Manage client contact and service, including direct customer contact, facilitating a smooth hand over where appropriate, and managing key event reminders to maintain active client contactSupport Relationship Managers with the administration of a range of wealth management solutionsBuild and retain a strong knowledge of the Relationship Managers portfolio of clients with the support of analytical toolsBecome knowledgeable about HSBC’s Premier banking propositions and be able to assist with the more complex and demanding needs of the Bank’s most affluent customers
