Premium Audit Reviewer II 121817 Zurich North America is hiring an Premium Audit Reviewer II to join our team! We are open to hiring talent in one of the following locations: Illinois Virtual Purpose: To review policyholder reports in order to resolve simple queries within area of responsibility and determine additional premiums or return premium and application codes in accordance with national/ local regulations and/or corporate standards Key Accountabilities: + Analyzes existing data, audit documentation, industry and statutory materials and claims and enters relevant items into Premium Audit system. + Consults with Premium Auditor/Supervisor to research details of particular audits. + Finalizes accurate audit statement that complies with company and bureau regulations. + Stays abreast of current regulations by reading and maintaining any technical documentation/correspondence. + Resolves business partner and customer inquiries. Business Accountabilities: + Respond to inquiries quickly and completely, provide status updates. + Respond to and resolve queries enquiries and judge when to escalate issues or involve others to provide an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers. + Recognize and respond to or refer opportunities. + Identify and resolve problems by referring to policies, procedures, standards. + Continually improve unit performance by analyzing and recommending enhancements to technical procedures. + Organize information according to procedures by filing, data entry, checking/matching data etc. to ensure that accurate records are maintained on a day-to-day basis Basic Qualifications: + High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Audit areaOR + Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Audit area Preferred Qualifications: + 2 or more years of insurance industry experience + 3 or more years of premium audit experience, rating, coding or a combination of both + Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled.
