Zurich North America is hiring a Premium Audit Technical Consultant to join ourteam!We are open to remote work for the right candidate located any where within the U.S..
As Premium Audit Technical Consultant you will manage the technical, quality, and regulatory compliance of the Premium Audit function.
Key Accountabilities:
+ Establish and maintain guidelines for Premium Audit quality reviews and related activities.
+ Establish Premium Audit technical best practices based on technical materials, company guidelines, and industry best practices.
+ Work with business units and other service units to understand audit needs on new products or procedures.
+ Monitor bureau test audit performance; recommend appropriate action to maintain and improve results.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in the resolution of escalated audit disputes.
+ Assist Data Management in the correction and submission of unit statistical data from premium audits.
+ Provide evaluative feedback to Premium Audit leadership on technical skill level, quality and regulatory compliance.
+ Assist the field management staff in researching classification and auditing issues.
+ Assist in complying with Internal Control Functions by: reviewing and approving all large premium audit adjustments, monitoring waived audits, monitoring compliance with QA review quotas, and reporting results to the Operations Director in Premium Audit.
+ Ensure the successful completion of projects by maintaining continuing dialogue with business unit sponsors during implementation of major projects.
+ Diagnose and develop recommendations to solve unique business unit and customer problems.
+ Lead complex technical or long-term (over 6 months) business projects to implement new or changed systems, programs or products.
+ Investigate, recommend and implement leading edge technical solutions when they meet customer needs
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree and 10 or more years of experience in the Audit areaOR
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent and 12 or more years of experience in the Audit area
Preferred Qualifications:
+ California Experience Strongly preferred
+ APA
+ Supervisory management experience
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills
+ Effective conflict resolution, presentation, and project management skills
At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply, as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The salary indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary rangefor this position is$74,300.00 - $121,700.00,with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
