The Senior Ambassador is responsible for providing high quality of customer services to our high valued customers. As front liners of Senior Ambassadors must maintain and project an excellent image and establish good communication with guests on behalf of the company. Proactively promote GM facilities, restaurants, promotion & event to guest for enjoying their stay with us.
Primary Responsibility• Ensure the Diamond and Black Member's Lounge and working environment are in cleanliness, tidy, safety and facilities are maintain in good condition
• Establish a warm rapport with guests, maintain a pleasant smile and positive, enthusiastic attitude and high sensitivity at all time
• 'World Class Asian Heart' and 'Moment of Truth (MOT)' provider and creator
• Pick up and send off guests to and from airport, ferry terminal, border gate or designated locations
• Follow up room readiness, meet and greet guest upon arrival at GEG property
• Built-up strong team spirit and good communications with team members to achieve the department goal
• Work closely with Hotel respective teams such as Limo, Bell, VIP Services and Front Desk etc. to ensure an excellent customer journey providing to our guests
• Handle Diamond and Black Member's Lounge's daily operations, proactively provide excellent Lounge's service to guests, handle ad-hoc limo request and guest inquiries
• Proactively introduce/promote property's promotion, event, restaurant and facilities to guests and assist on reservation when needed
• Share information. Have a “Run as One” mentality when handling over information to peers and reporting to Superior
• Effectively carry out all tasks and responsibilities which assigned by superiors. Support TM in daily operations when needed.
• Work closely with Hosting Team and offer assistance when needed
• Provide constructive feedbacks to subordinates for improvement when necessary
• Handle luggage storing for guests
• Report to superior and/or other relevant departments immediately when there is an incident
• Minimum diploma level of formal education
• Hospitality experience and knowledge is required to perform this job successfully
• Scheduled work week, Operational, on shift
• Multi language skill
• Personal ability including aptitude, reasoning, manipulative abilities, handling sudden and unexpected situations, problem-solving ability and management ability
