What you'll be doing
You’ll join CIBC’s Investors Services Inc. (ISI) team. As an Investment Representative (IR) you’ll provide a positive customer experience by servicing clients and ensuring that all efforts towards single call resolution are delivered on a timely basis. You’ll accurately process all trade and non-trade related requests in accordance with CIBC Investor Services Inc. (CIBC ISI) policies and procedures and CIRO-ID regulations. The role demonstrates solid written, verbal and interpersonal skills to process client orders and answer their inquiries in accordance with Investor Services Inc. policies and procedures. The role makes recommendations on client matters to meet work objectives, ensuring that clients experience a bank that listens actively and demonstrates care for their needs.

Client Engagement – As the first point of contact for Investor Services Inc. (ISI), be the best listener. Make sure our clients’ feel heard, no matter what the issue.
Teamwork – Partner with your team to connect clients with opportunities. Participate in cross-functional teams and liaise with other units of CIBC.

You are a certified professional. You have current accreditation and good standing of Canadian Securities Course (CSC). You will be required to complete the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) within the first 6 months employment.

You have a degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
