What You'll Do
As the selected candidate, you'll collaborate closely with SAP's Fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities include delivering both onsite and remote services from the Premium Engagement portfolio, while also advising customers on SAP's Best Practices. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimising business processes, providing root cause analysis and solutions, guiding clients through implementation projects, and delivering services for MaxAttention, Active Embedded, and Mission Critical Support. Your pivotal role as a De-Escalation Architect during emergencies will be appreciated and tested.
What You Bring
Applicants should have more than five years of experience in SAP Consulting within the Oil and Gas industry, especially focusing on the IS-OIL Solution. You need to possess deep industry expertise, demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP IS-Oil Solutions (i.e. Downstream O&G, Oil Field Services, etc.), facilitate, implement, and support SAP’s products / solutions (i.e. Traders and Scheduler’s Workbench (TSW), Hydrocarbon Product Management, Commodity Management, CPE, TD/EXG/TDP), and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction. The ability to assist clients on their Digital Transformation journey through the use of S/4HANA is necessary. On top of a Bachelor's degree in the related field, you'll need strong leadership and engagement skills, along with excellent communication skills in English.
