Army West Point has partnered with Legends College on the Renovation of the East Stands of Michie Stadium scheduled to be completed for the 2026 Football Season.  Legends provided the market feasibility study, pricing/packaging recommendations and will assist in the sales strategy and execution of new premium seating offerings at Michie Stadium.  If you have the passion and dedication to be a part of the team, learn more below: 

THE ROLE
Legends is seeking a driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented Premium Sales Representative. The Premium Sales Representative is primarily responsible for selling newly created suites, loge boxes, ledge seats, and club seats to the renovated East Stands at Army West Point. The Premium Sales Representative should be a professional and positive individual.  They will work under the guidance of the General Manager in a team-first, fast paced sales environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Meet or exceed established yearly revenue and premium seating goals set for new business (Suites, Loge Boxes, Ledge Seats, Club Seats). Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods, as well as follow up on leads provided by partner organization. Conduct sales conversations via phone presentations, in-office meetings/preview center presentations, and meetings at the stadium. Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including but not limited to: networking events, speaking engagements, one-on-one dinners/lunches, and outside meetings. Perform accurate and skilled deal closings. Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in CRM platform for efficient reporting and historical data purposes. The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of activity (calls and appointments), appointment goals, and closed sales and revenue goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in business or sports management. One to three years of successful sales experience in sports, media, and/or direct sales is preferred. Experience and success in developing and building relationships with a creative consultative approach. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently; self-motivation is a must. Passion for the sports industry Due to the nature of this project, the candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and game days

COMPENSATION

Competitive hourly pay range $26.00 - $28.13 plus bonus potential, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
