How you will create an impact
The role will provide administrative, processing and document production support in respect of Talbot’s overseas offices. This key function will ensure that Tax and Premium information is presented accurately in compliance with all applicable regulatory needs for each jurisdiction applicable. Key Financial reporting will be maintained accurately through precise and timely data entry. Overseas offices data will be maintained enabling internal and external audits to be carried out.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Ensure compliance with all legal and Regulatory requirements including Treating Customers Fairly and Contract Certainty.Assist with the integration of Enterprise Risk (ER) into the Overseas Offices.Raise and help deliver, improvements to all processes, procedures and IT Systems in relation to processing services data entry and quality.What you’ll need to succeed
Experience working for a Broker or Carrier/Syndicate is essential.Brokasure Enterprise (Enterprise Risk and Enterprise Accounts) is preferred.Xchanging systems including Insurance Portal and Insurance Market Repository is preferred.Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.IT literacy including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Able to learn new IT systems and procedures.Ready to take your career to the next level?
