This role involvesmaintainingeffective communications, generating sales reports, and managing inbound chatbot alerts to ensure seamless operations and support for the sales team. It is the full time opportunity with M-F, 8AM-5PM EST,Remote (or) Hybrid if near an XBS/Xerox office location. **Key Responsibilities:** + Sales Field and Operations Support: Provide continuous support to the sales field and operations teams, ensuring the CPQ toolset is effectivelyutilized,and any issues are promptly addressed. + Communications: Maintainclear and consistent communication with sales teams, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient workflow. + Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes. + Chatbot Management: Monitor and manage inbound chatbot alerts, ensuringtimelyandaccurateresponses to queries and issues. + Training and Onboarding: Assist in training and onboarding new team members on the CPQ toolset and related processes. + Process Improvement: Identifyopportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. **Qualifications:** + Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, support, or a related field. + Technical Skills: Proficiencywith CPQ tools and other relevant software. + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports. + Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. + Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with chatbot management and automation tools. + Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies. \#LI-MC1 \#LI-REMOTE Xerox is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.
