Role & responsibilities
Manage bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality bids.
Collaborate with sales team to develop compelling proposal narratives and solution designs.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
Ensure accurate tracking of RFIs, RFPs, RFXs, and other bid-related documents.
Provide guidance on best practices for proposal development, including template creation and maintenance.
Should be technical enough to understand the solutions being offered in Cloud, Infrastructure and cyber security services
Handle L1 presentations to customers about the offering
Work closely with marketing team to create funnel
Maintain and update presales tracker with details including - funnel, resource requirements, ACV, TCV, -Interact with Sales to extend the customer opportunities in accordance with their long-term vision and direction
Maintain knowledge of the defined solutions and standards proposed for changes / improvements
Responsible for the quality of Solution document, Efforts and Customer Presentations
Work with analysts like ISG, Gartner, Everest
