Presales Consultant Azure Scope: Full-time | Office: Puerto Rico| Hybrid Model Our people. This is what makes SoftwareONE successful. The Presales Consultant Azure is an expert that helps with customer problems and business needs using technology. The role is responsible for accelerating time to value for our customers and supporting them in their cloud and digital transformation by aligning our services to their needs. Good technical understanding and the ability to transform our customers’ challenges into commercial solutions is needed.  The role will require you to:  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Azure services to potential and existing clients, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Generate and close (win) sales opportunities of our services for Microsoft Azure solutions. Manage a healthy sales pipeline, keeping all internal tools with up-to-date information. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored Azure solutions. Elaborate proposals, show value proposition, demonstrate ROI and be able to articulate the financial advantages of cloud services. Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies for Azure solutions. Provide technical advice to potential and existing customers on Azure solutions. Develop and execute technical Azure presentations and demonstrations. Collaborate with Azure engineering teams to understand the latest technology trends and developments. Stay up to date on Azure products and services. What we need to see from you Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting. Experience in the IT industry, preferably in cloud services. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure solutions. English level C1. Required Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets, preferably with a focus on selling solutions on Microsoft Azure. Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and their alignment with solutions based on Microsoft Azure. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive strategic decisions related to Microsoft Azure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, while highlighting the value proposition of solutions on Microsoft Azure. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools, with specific experience in managing sales of Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. Experience working in a global or multicultural environment, with a focus on selling Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. Certification in business development or related field, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure technologies. Fluency in English. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, highlighting the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. Desired Qualifications AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator. AZ-305 Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect. Other cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform). Soft Skills Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work remotely. Goal oriented.
