Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Germany (supporting DACH and CEE regions)
Responsibilities:
Support the sales and partner teams with product demonstrations and at trade shows. Conduct frequent visits to end customers and partner to understand their needs and provide technical support. Update and deploy QA software to ensure product quality and compliance. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present technical solutions that meet customer requirements. Provide technical training and support to customers and partners. Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction. Travel extensively (70% of the time) within the DACH and CEE regions.Requirements:
Native German language skills and proficiency in business English. Polish language skills are a major asset. Strong technical background in diagnostic imaging or a related field. Knowledge of basic IT networking principles. Experience with software deployment and troubleshooting. Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. Experience in conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations. Willingness to travel frequently.
