Job Description Identify opportunities, understand business problems, and translate them into technical solutions. Provide solution design and configurations best practices to customers. Articulate the advantage of Globe's solutions against comptetition. Participate in the development and support of content for customers and partners. Stay up to date on technologies trends, in the field of Cybersecurity, cloud, network and datacenter services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work on deals assigned to the sales team being  supported.Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the companySecures input from all necessary solution stakeholdersAdapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate supportCoordinates closely with internal support groups and resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirementsOpportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities from customerCollaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advancedMonitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closureREQUIREMENTS:Must Have:5+ years of IT/Datacenter experience AND 2+ years on cloud Infrastructure/Application as SME/Architect on at least 2 of:  1.AWS, 2. GCP, 3. AzureExperience/Understanding of architecting complex Enterprise grade solutions in on-premise and cloud environmentsFirm grasp on cloud security, leveraging Windows/Linux operating systems, Active Directory, AD integrationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields,Nice to Have:Experience of creating solutions either on Cloud infra IaaS (VM, Storage, Networking, SAP on Cloud etc.) or in Cloud Apps (PaaS, Serverless, Container, CI/CD)Knowledge in ZTNA, CASB, SASE and other cloud focused cybersecurity technologiesPreferably certified on one of the Cloud Technology (Expert/Associate level)Familiarity with Cloud Automation Tools (Terraform, ANSIBLE, ARM Templates)
