Project Role Description :Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pre-sales / Solution Architect consultant to be part of a fast-growing globally oriented business unit.

The Consultant will identify and understand customer’s technical and business requirements, pre-qualify opportunities, consult with technical teams about capabilities to design solutions, and support business sales teams and account managers on proposal activities. The position will be responsible for executing end to end pre-sales process for direct and cross-selling customers6-12 year hands on prior experience in pre-sales [Solution Architecting ]and account mining roles in Enterprise Infrastructure( Cloud/On prim Solutions)/Validation Services/Automation( /ITPA) is strongly desired

Detailed Job Description

Techno-commercial proposal preparation and presentation creation/modification skills as necessaryTemplatization and documentation to ensure that repeat requests are responded to quickly with minimal need to re-create material.Effectively communicate the solution to customer by presentations, product demonstration & documentationReview RFPs to develop proposal plan, response outline, compliance/responsibility matrix, and proposal scheduleProactively engage with internal and external partners for Business Development & joint GTM, Indirect / Direct Marketing of our Analytical servicesResponsible for proposal preparation to Contract signoffProvide answers to questions in a RF(x)Responsible for collaterals and other sales artifacts for the departmentSupports and implements the branding drives – Internet, IntranetSupports delivery in maintaining partnerships with technology vendors and OEMsLiaise with COE, delivery teams to come up with solutions for the opportunity at handAct as single point of contact for the department for all leads, opportunities coming from the marketing and sales teamsMaintain and track opportunities in CRM and conduct review meetings on sales pipeline

· Review proposals and estimates from vendors and determine whether they fit into existing budgetary and time restrictions.

Qualifications:Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Information Technology, is preferred.

Good to have Certifications:· AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, ITIL, TOGAF, GCP, Azure, Microsoft, CSP, PMP, or other relevant certifications

Prior experience in pre-sales managementAn understanding of Infrastructure( Cloud or OnPrim) / Validation Services/ Automation ( RPA/ITPA/ChatBots)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Business Management from a reputed universityMandatory exposure to Account mining and significant experience handling Testing or Service managementOverall experience of 5-6 years with min of 3 years in Pre-Sales. Delivery experience an added advantageExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelinesDemonstrated ability to produce clear, concise and technically accurate responses to inquiries (functional and technical) in both written and verbal formAbility to work in flexible working hoursGood knowledge of Hardware OEM like [ HP , Lenovo, Dell , CISCO ]Special Skills Required, if anyProduct development and management in IOT / Big Data analytics service would be preferableEffective communication, relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem solving, out of box thinking and organizational abilities.Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams such as finance, legal, solution, practice, delivery as well as senior leadershipComfortable in working in the backend to support the sales/customer-facing rolesComfortable in responding to requests across time zones from various geographies including North America, Asia Pacific and Middle East
