Enable MES business growth in Japan market by proactively driving revenue by qualifying leads
Communicating the value proposition of our solutions to prospects or partners, at presentations, industry events, and seminars
Contributing to the planning, creation, development, and delivery of demonstrations that prove the value of our solutions
Engaging prospects to understand specific customer needs and problems, and contributing to the development of appropriate technical solutions
Enablement of SI partners, building good relationships with partners to encourage them to drive business
Understand the AVEVA portfolio and how to position it
Obtain and maintain the customer’s confidence and respect as the technical solution expert
Skills and QualificationsUniversity degree in bachelor or master
Typically, 2 -5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Presales or Business Development
Working experience at MES Solution, MES implementation and factory automation, or related products
Proven 2 years or more experience of AVEVA MES products (formerly Wonderware MES applications) or similar technologies
English communication experiences with oversea clients and/or colleagues (business level)
Proven experience with technical presentation, demonstration and proposal.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills & CollaborationProspects: Develop good working relationships with clients and always provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism
Sales: Work with the Sales team in identifying opportunities, providing support at all levels of engagement, and ensuring throughout those proposed solutions are feasible and in line with AVEVA’s strategic objectives
Technical: Work within a dynamic team and show flexibility in the use and development of personal and technical skills to maximize the team’s efficiency
Extensive experience providing IT infrastructure support to large user groups that require high-performance connectivity and availability
Ability to coach and mentor junior employees
