What you will do: 

 

Lead the charge in our ServiceNow Alliance business development, from identifying new opportunities to nurturing existing relationships. Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow, guiding our teams to leverage the platform for transformative client services. Collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for our ServiceNow strategy. Drive innovation and co-develop solutions with ServiceNow, increasing our digital revenue streams. Engage with clients, presenting tailored solutions, conducting demos, and communicating the unique benefits of our offerings. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest ServiceNow developments and industry practices.

 

What we’re looking for 

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go. 

 

A robust background with over 12 years in complex and large-scale sales environments. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow technology, showcasing your depth of knowledge in this specific domain. Demonstrable experience in a pre-sales architect role, ideally within a consulting environment. Proficient in ServiceNow, with a strong grasp of ITSM, HRSD, and GRC. A track record of engaging with clients at a strategic level, translating business needs into compelling ServiceNow solutions. A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
