We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions.  Reporting to the EMEA Regional PreSales Manager the **PreSales Solution Consultant** focusing on Esko’s Structural Design solutions, will serve as a counsellor and trusted advisor to customers and a technical support partner to the regional Sales Account Managers, providing technical and solution expertise, knowhow, advice, and guidance throughout the sales cycle. This role is vital in enabling Esko’s customers to realize the maximum value and benefit from our software solutions and will be located in Europe, working either remote or hybridly from one of our offices. **In this role, the main responsibilities look like:** + Commercial Support: Provide overall technical sales & solution definition support to the regional Sales Account Managers and Inside Sales representatives with the goal of increasing Esko’s Structural Design solution sales throughout the EMEA region. + Technical Competence: Develop a thorough understanding of Esko’s Structural Design suite and related technologies, including Structural Design, Palletization , Prepress, Workflow Automation, and Quality Assurance tools tailored to the packaging supply chain. + Solution Expertise: Provide subject and solution expertise with the Esko product suite (focusing on Printers, Convertors, Diemakers, and POS/POP agencies). + Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers to showcase the value of Esko’s software solutions to help customer unlock value and generate operational efficiencies. + Solution Demonstration: Create and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations of Esko’s Structural Design, Palletization , and Workflow Automation solutions which align to customer requirements and/or industry segment needs. + Solution Scoping: Create solution-design and Statement of Work (SOW) proposals which include scope, assumptions, use cases, solution architecture, and high-level implementation plans. + Industry Representation: Serve as an Esko ambassador at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, promoting our solutions and sharing expertise with the broader community. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + A degree in the field of Structural Design, Graphics Arts, or Printing, plus experience in the packaging supply chain industry, or the equivalent in knowledge and experience. + In-depth technical experience and familiarity with structural design related to folding carton packaging, corrugated packaging, and POS display production. + CAD Experience or subject matter expertise in Esko’s structural design software solutions (ArtiosCAD, Diemaking, Palletization (CAPE), Workflow Automation (WebCenter) etc.). + Prior experience in a customer-facing or relevant technical role (PreSales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Solution Architect or Application Engineer considered a plus. + Fluency in English and French or German.
