Details about this opportunity:

Full Time Billing Clerk Compensation: $20-$24/hour Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by services provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held.  Harrison, NY Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

Review submitted attendance, session notes and provider invoices for compliance. Assist providers with billing problems and system issues. Help create District invoices and correspond with districts. Apply payments on a weekly basis and reconcile cash accounts Follow up with Districts for Aging Receivables; Collections Assist with District Contracts/Addendums/Request for Proposals Any ad hoc projects/reports

And this background:

Associates or bachelor’s preferred. Knowledge of Special Education is a plus. Billing experience is a must. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
