The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Director for its NC 4-star preschool in Mint Hill. We are hiring immediately and offering a $2,500 hiring bonus* to the successful candidate!

Salary range: $55,000-$58,000 per year, based on experience, education and credentials.
Position includes quarterly bonus potential and FREE childcare.

Daycare Director Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility. Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators. Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children. Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally appropriate play and classroom environments. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.
