Our Universal Pre-K program offers a warm, engaging, and academically rich environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and grow. We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join our team and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the Middletown school district curriculum.

Position Overview:
The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing the The Learning Experience curriculum, assessing student progress, and creating a classroom environment that supports each child’s social, emotional, and academic development. This role requires active participation in all school meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Qualifications (Required):

Associate degree in Early Childhood Education required, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Preferred
Strong understanding of early childhood development and best teaching practices

Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

Implement TLE curriculum with fidelity

Prepare lesson plans and learning activities that meet program standards

Assess student progress and maintain accurate records

Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment

Ensure compliance with state, and center policies
