Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Quality assurance responsibilities: internal case audits, parent surveys and review of concerns regarding cases. + Data entry: enter, update and maintain data from various source documents, review for deficiencies or errors + Review and analyze available reports to ensure the consistent provision of services; provide weekly update to the Program Director + Regular monitoring of therapist productivity to ensure approved services are provided consistently; communicate any identified concerns to the appropriate Manager or Case Manager. + Troubleshoot any issues that may arise throughout the life of a case. + Ensure all cases meet state and county regulations + Provide coverage and/or or assistance to the Preschool Department as needed + Other duties as assigned by Director + Job Description is Subject to Change + Please note that this is not a remote position. Qualifications and Other Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required + At least 2 year's work experience, preferably in an office setting + Proven ability to meet daily and/or weekly performance goals + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel + Strong time management skills with the ability to set priorities and goals + Experience working both in a team and independently Physical Requirements of the Role + Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device. + The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). + The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
