Master and implement the lesson plan and activities provided by the school Conduct effectively daily classes Develop and implement supplemental activities that promote the cognitive, social and emotional development of children Create a warm, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes positive interactions among children Observe and assess the progress of each child and communicate as needed with parents regarding their child’s development Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to plan and implement special events Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, and ensure that all materials and equipment are in good working condition Attend meetings, PTCs, and participate in trainings and other professional and personal development opportunities Adhere to all school policies, health and safety regulations
