Working as a Preschool Teacher at Acelero Learning, South Carolina will give you the opportunity to help students achieve their academic goals while building strong working relationships with your peers. You will be responsible for a Head Start classroom of 3 to 5 year-old children. Works collaboratively with an assistant teacher, family members and other staff to achieve positive outcomes for children of all abilities. Are you ready to make a positive impact and inspire others? Essential Duties & Responsibilities: + Implement effective strategies that align with the CLASS™ (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) to enhance positive and productive teacher-child relationships. + Deliver a comprehensive, research-based curriculum that supports the holistic development of each child, promoting cognitive, social, and emotional growth. + Regularly assess and document children's progress using approved tools and methods to inform instruction and individualize learning experiences. Tailor educational approaches to meet the unique needs and abilities of each child + Engage families as partners in their child’s learning journey, fostering strong communication and participation in classroom activities and developmental milestones. + Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and achieve shared goals for student success.
