Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Presentation and Documentation Specialist to support the Program Director at Parsons, a leading Project Management Company (PMC). The role is focused on creating, formatting, and enhancing presentations and project documentation in alignment with program standards and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in delivering visually compelling, professional materials that support our projects and initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Presentation Design: Create, format, and polish professional presentations that effectively communicate project objectives, milestones, and outcomes, ensuring consistency with established program and brand standards.
Document Formatting: Design and maintain project documentation, including reports, proposals, manuals, and templates, to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to program guidelines.
Brand Compliance: Ensure all deliverables align with company and client branding requirements, including logos, typography, color schemes, and overall visual identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Director, project managers, and other team members to gather content and translate technical information into visually engaging materials.
Process Improvement: Develop and refine templates and processes for presentations and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across the program.
Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews of materials to ensure accuracy, adherence to standards, and high-quality output before submission or distribution.
Support Administrative Functions: Assist with scheduling, file organization, and administrative tasks related to project communications as required.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in presentation design, document formatting, or a similar role.
Previous experience working in a project management or corporate environment is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling principles.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all materials are accurate and visually appealing.
