WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join Bain’s global Creative Services team, a group of skilled presentation designers supporting Bain’s consulting teams and business units around the world. This team specializes in transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals using Bain’s brand standards and design best practices.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, fast-turnaround design deliverables—primarily in PowerPoint—for internal and client-facing teams. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders, offer design recommendations, and support junior team members by reviewing their work for consistency and accuracy.

Create visually engaging presentations and design assets aligned to Bain and client brand guidelinesDeliver quick-turnaround, high-quality work across PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe toolsProvide layout and design guidance to consulting teams, ensuring content is clear and visually impactfulQuality-check work from less experienced colleagues to ensure excellence and brand consistencyCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify briefs, provide status updates, and incorporate feedbackContribute to a collaborative team culture and help maintain workflow efficiency
ABOUT YOU
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of experience in presentation design, visual communication, or related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and WordStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteSolid understanding of design principles, with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management, organization, and communication skillsFluency in written and spoken English
