Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Presentation Specialist in San Francisco, California. The role is primarily remote, and you will be expected to collaborate with our team over digital communication platforms. You will be working within the financial industry, creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations, especially complex financial charts. Responsibilities: • Design and format new and existing PowerPoint presentations, with a focus on complex financial chart creation. • Ensure all presentations maintain the integrity of firm branding with accuracy. • Follow all instructions to ensure tasks are performed correctly. • Master the art of combining solid design aesthetics with complex charting. • Create complex financial charts using PowerPoint and Excel. • Work with vector graphics in Illustrator and images in Photoshop. • Show flexibility in working afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts, with the occasional overtime shifts and holidays. • Display ability to work independently while maintaining detail oriented collaboration with the team. • Use data mining techniques to manipulate large amounts of data within Excel for chart creation. • Use graphic design skills to enhance the presentation aesthetics. • Utilize communication skills to resolve customer inquiries effectively. • Maintain a quiet, private setting for remote work. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Presentation Specialist or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop is essential. • Familiarity with creating charts and graphs is required. • Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary. • Experience in creating financial presentations is a must. • Knowledge in creating presentations and PowerPoint presentation decks is necessary. • Expertise in creating presentation graphics and financial charts is required. • Ability to use data mining techniques is a plus. • Graphic design skills are highly desirable.
