Presentation Specialist Requisition ID: 42487 Job Location(s): Oragadam, IN **Job Description** We are looking for a Presentation Specialist for our Global Competency Service (GCS) team who will be responsible for creating compelling, visually engaging, and data-driven presentations to support internal and external communications. This role involves translating complex data and insights into clear, impactful presentations that align with the GCS team’s objectives. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to ensure brand consistency, storytelling effectiveness, and high-quality visual design. **Job Responsibilities** + Create high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages. + Transform complex data, analytics, and reports into visually appealing slides with clear storytelling. + Ensure all presentations align with GCS branding, corporate guidelines, and stakeholder expectations. + Develop custom infographics, charts, and diagrams to enhance understanding and engagement. + Optimize slide layouts, typography, and color schemes for maximum impact. + Work closely with BI, analytics, and leadership teams to translate data insights into engaging visuals. + Develop presentations for town halls, executive meetings, customer engagements, and internal training. + Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and marketing teams to understand content needs. + Support teams with presentation coaching and best practices for effective delivery. + Maintain and update a presentation repository with reusable templates and assets. + Work on special projects, such as branding materials, proposals, and pitch decks. **Background & Skills** + Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). + Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel charts. + Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and interactive presentations is a plus. + Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. + 3 - 5+ years of experience as a Presentation Designer, Graphic Designer, or Visual Communication Specialist. + Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality corporate and data-driven presentations. + Ability to handle multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and deliver error-free content. + Experience working with senior stakeholders and translating technical information into digestible slides. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
