Principal responsibilities

Works with other specialists to produce, check and deliver all Presentation materials and related projects within HSBC template guidelines set by HSBC marketing department guidanceFollows established proceedures and filing system for all work producedCreates or produces a variety of materials with Presentations scope of workPerform job review/briefing and estimate of jobs to ensure clear understanding of the requirements prior productionAdherence to the established department procedures and processDemonstrates expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel applicationsDemonstrates ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for routine tasks; slide creation and image manipulationDemonstrates ability to import text and data from external applications such as Word and Excel and to create data-driven charts and graphs for use in presentationsAssist/stand in for Presentations manager/production manager when required to ensure production quality and delivery meets business partner's requirements.

Post-secondary education - either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificateExperience working with clients desirable3-5 years of experience in a design agency environment or other similar industry is preferableProficient in all Microsoft Office applications with Strong expertise in PowerPointExperience with slide creation and animationExpert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesignWeb experience: Working knowledge with HTML5, CSS, and web design principles is a plusVideo content experience: familiarity with video content creation; storyboarding, editing, animation, and post-production using Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects or similar applications is preferable
