Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The President will lead the advancement of the employed physicians into a mature, cohesive and contemporary multi-specialty group practice which is fully integrated into the system. This executive will serve as a strategic leader and will be instrumental in driving a culture which is focused on delivering high quality, patient-centered care. The President will provide leadership with regard to the clinical, operational, and financial accountability for the physician group and its clinics. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Doctorate Experience: 10+ years related experience 10+ years in leadership role for business unit or support organization Licensure/ Certification: Physician License Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrated skill in change management. Strong financial and analytic skills. Demonstrated experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
