**Hiring Press Brake Set Up Operators!** **Pay ranging anywhere from $24-32/hr** **APPLY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS** **Job Description** As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Press Brake machines, specifically working on all Cincinnati and Amada machines. You will work off of blueprints and work orders to produce parts for customers, spending 55% of the time in a production shop environment and 45% in a job shop environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate Press Brake machines. + Work with Cincinnati and Amada machines. + Read and work from blueprints and work orders to produce customer parts. + Utilize hand tools, torque tools, and other necessary equipment. + Perform fabrication, punch press, and shear press tasks. + Conduct assembly, inspection, and quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience setting up and operating Press Brake machines. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and tape measures. + Experience with hand tools, blueprint reading, torque tools, and sheet metal fabrication. + Knowledge of punch press, micrometers, shear press, CNC press brake, and calipers. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 2 weeks of vacation, 56 hours of unpaid time off per year, health, dental, and eye insurance, profit sharing, a 401K plan, and a yearly Christmas bonus of up to $300.
