Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking an Equipment Feeder who plays a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that machinery is continuously supplied with the necessary materials and resources. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

Load and feed materials into production equipment according to specifications and production schedulesMonitor equipment operation and material flow to prevent disruptions in productionPerform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality and report any issues to the supervisorMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standardsAssist with the setup and adjustment of equipment as neededCollaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain efficiencyFollow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentParticipate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

You Must Have:    

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredAbility to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50+lbs) safelyBasic mechanical skills and understanding of equipment operationStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsExcellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including overtime if neededAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksCapable of lifting, pushing, and pulling materials as required

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20.00 – 22.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
