Our client, a leading company, is looking for a Press Operator to join their team in Lakewood, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with flexographic printing experience who can ensure quality production, perform routine maintenance, and support operational efficiency on third shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up flexographic printing presses according to job specificationsReview production schedules and set daily throughput goalsDeliver high-quality labels with a target of zero defectsPerform routine maintenance and cleaning to meet 5S standardsMeet or exceed daily production targets for your press cellPerform additional duties as assigned to support production and efficiency

Requirements:

High school diplomaMinimum of 3 years of flexographic printing experienceExperience with machines such as Mark Andy 2200, Onsert, Propheteer, Sheet, or Webtron 650Strong attention to detail and solid math skillsAbility to lead by example and work independentlyWillingness to work overtime, including nights and SaturdaysProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skills

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $25–$26/hourShift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 7:30 AMSchedule: Monday through Friday with potential overtime
