Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is looking for career minded individuals for full time positions as Injection Press operators for a company based in Corry Pa. 

Position: Injection Press Operator   

Shift: Monday-Friday
7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am
  
Pay Rate: Starts at $16.00
Benefits: Available (401K, Medical.vacation)

Summary: Operator will load product into  press, de-mold product molded product using pressurized air, trim product, inspect for quality standards, while working consistently at or above shoulder level. 

REQUIREMENTS

  Must have high school diploma

  Vision - 20/20 with or without correction

  Operate injection presses

  Lifting more than 50 pounds multiple times during the shift is required

  Operate McNeil and conventional presses when required

  Monitor quality using visual checks and SPC

  Report and correct out of control conditions

  Visually inspect equipment for damage or wear

  Complete daily press production sheets and quality control sheets

  Communicate any problems to the shift supervisor

  Label all molded material with proper identification

  Determine work assignments from master schedule

  Perform daily and weekly cleanup of equipment

  Trim parts

  Perform other duties, as assigned by supervision
