Schedule: Rotating 2/2/3 schedule with 12 hour shifts

Hours: 1st shift – 6:00 am to 6:30 pm; 2nd shift 6:00 pm to 6:30 am

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $28.86 Per Hour with $1 shift differential after 2 pm

Set up, operate, and control all equipment systems that are required to produce good pasta. This includes ingredient blending, flour tanker unloading, process water temperature control, cooling water controls, vacuum and boiler systems gauge and thermometer readings, dryer temperature and Humidity controls, and delivery of the pasta to the designated destination.  Control of the equipment within parameters requiring a minimum hourly check of all major indices, including gauges, moisture content readings, drying controls and computer trend data systems, all with the aim of reacting to the data in a correct direction. Management of the WIP receiving system including selecting bin destinations and predicting bin availability, up to and including emptying pasta bins.   Preferred Skills:Self-discipline of time management including sense of urgency to minimize plant downtime.Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as with groups.Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize work.Ability to train, maintain and promote a safe work environment.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
