Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Pressure Washer to join our Maintenance team. You must know how to operate a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas, such as buildings, walkways, and big vehicles, and prepare surfaces for repair or construction. When working with the equipment, you must ensure the water supply is sufficient for the job and follow all industry standards and safety regulations. When Pressure washing is obsolete you will help with maintenance task around the facility. Our ideal candidate has industry experience, can work independently.

Overview:

Operate a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas, such as buildings, walkways, and big vehicles. Clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials from area being washed During winter months assist with snow and ice removal around facility. Assist in liter picks in landscaping and parking lots. Helps maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Perform cleaning duties on outside walkways and pool deck areas. Ability to effectively communicate with Team Lead & Manager

Job Knowledge:

Mechanical aptitude is preferred Ability to operate small, motorized equipment Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury Ability to work in a hospitality environment

Physical demands and work environment:

Frequently lifting, bending, climbing and pulling. Continuously standing and walking Regularly exposed to outside environments Ability to perform physical requirements and to work effectively in different environments. Able to work in a group setting or on individual tasks
