Prevailing Wage Project Accountant
Job Title: Prevailing Wage Project Accountant

Job DescriptionReview construction contract requirements for assigned projects.Attend project kickoff meetings to ensure alignment on requirements with the project team.Ensure weekly reporting is completed timely per contract requirements.Log payment shortfalls per contract terms.Support contractually required monitoring by third parties.Audit setup of LCP Tracker for accuracy in project settings and wage determination data.Process weekly payroll reports in LCP Tracker, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Work with project teams and payroll to resolve any payment issues.Review apprentice data to ensure accurate payment and classification.Generate weekly payroll and apprentice reports out of LCP Tracker to support customer billing requirements.Answer general questions on prevailing wage or LCP Tracker.Represent the company’s best interests when working with project auditors.Assist with annual and special audits as necessary.Review team member setups and timecard reports prior to processing.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in Payroll, Prevailing Wage, or Project Accounting.Experience in the construction, engineering, or architecture industry.Proficiency in pivot tables and vlookups.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46
