Preventative Maintenance Coordinator
**Primary Responsibilities** + Manages the maintenance PM program, tasks and work activities as assigned + The Maintenance PM Coordinator will economically evaluate, plan and coordinate the completion and revision of station PM activities + The Maintenance PM Coordinator is responsible for managing the project within approved funding and accepted Talen accounting guidelines and should make all attempts to track and document cost savings and reliability improvements + Provide status on the PM improvement project, providing monthly highlight and various other reports to senior management + Provide overall coordination of all PM improvement activities aligned with the engineering PM team and PM staff + Interface with craft and planning personnel to gather data, review live time performance of PMs in the field, and document and use feedback to optimize the PM program + Create, review or approved PM revision documents + Emergency Plan Perform NERO duties and responsibilities as qualified and assigned. + Training & Qualifications Maintain and improve qualifications and proficiency for the duties and responsibilities + Active use of the Corrective Action and Self-Assessment processes including quality resolution of assigned action items as well as support of RCA teams and Self Assessments + Leader / Active Participant / Member of various station committees as assigned + Actively benchmark and participate in industry committees aligned to the performance of the Maintenance PM Coordinator job **Basic Qualifications** + BS Engineering/Sciences (or equivalent experience). + Extensive knowledge of nuclear plant Maintenance is required + Ability to become knowledgeable with the understanding of existing Company Policies and Station Procedures + Established communication skills + Demonstrated leadership skills. + Familiar with the following in NIMS: Work document review, component information and modification process; knowledge of work implementation and Work Management Process. **Note:** You will have an opportunity to add attachments to your application.
