This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA, and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. The Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD).
Responsible for the administration of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program using Navarro-ATL Work Control Processes and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) at the 222-S Laboratory. Applies knowledge of Work Control Planner principles and practices in assignments and related work with attention to detail.

Under general supervision:
Prepares, tracks, and controls PM work orders required to meet PM schedule deadlines. Generates work package documents and permits in accordance with work control standards and procedures. Conducts Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Ensures accuracy of work packages prior to field work. Interfaces with various work groups and management to ensure schedules are met. Generates PM reports as requested by management. Generates material requisitions (MR) for upcoming PM work and ensures availability prior to working. Performs post reviews of completed work packages and provides feedback to ensure any issues found in the field are resolved prior to next PM performance. Ensures completed packages meet close out criteria and are ready for scanning.
