What You'll Be Doing

Under the Senior Coordinator’s supervision, the Prevention Coordinator creates and Implements the Hudson County Community Action Plan; serves as county representative for the New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault committee on sexual violence prevention.

 

Coordinates scheduling for the programManages inventory of suppliesTracks and monitors program activitiesProvides services to clients as needed and receives appropriate supervision and training from supervisorMaintains facility, personnel files, manuals, and safety of equipment to the Joint Commission standardsPrepares contracts and letters of agreementMaintains positive working relationship with the appropriate funders and takes a lead role in all relevant funding site visitsPrepares reports as required by funders, hospital and other regulatory agenciesParticipates in department and staff meetings as required.Works with management and grants staff as needed on all necessary program and fiscal reports relevant to the programAssists with other functions and responsibilities as required by management staffOrganize and staff agency booths and tables at local community events such as fairs, community days, open houses, etc. What We're Looking For

Full Time/Day shift

Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Public Relations, Sociology, Psychology, Women's Studies or related field required..2-4 years related experience
