Prevention Specialist

 

Position Summary:

Assists with assuring funding body requirements.  Participates on various Medical Center and community-based committees. Assists in the development and implementation of project policies and procedures. Coordinates, reviews, and evaluates activities of the project.  Works cooperatively with school systems and collaborating agencies.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

Required:

Associates degree in Health and Human Services or health-related field Two (2)  year substance abuse prevention experience or related experience Must start a Development Plan toward their MCBAP Prevention Specialist Certification upon (3) months of hire, if not already certified.

 

 

Preferred:
