Join a passionate Pricing team within our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking, creativity, and collaboration are not only encouraged, but essential. As a key contributor to our pricing strategy, you will influence critical decisions that drive company performance and directly impact strategic initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for:
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Conduct comprehensive research into consumers, competitors, and broader market dynamics. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights to inform pricing strategies and business development opportunities.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Secure, analyze, and synthesize market and competitive data to develop actionable insights. Present findings to senior leadership, crafting compelling narratives that influence key business decisions.
Strategic Advisory:
Provide consultative support to the Product organization, delivering recommendations on pricing strategies that drive growth and align with market trends.
Pricing Model Optimization & Decision Support:
Develop and enhance pricing models that support competitive positioning and profitability. Collaborate with the Product team to refine pricing structures and introduce innovative pricing strategies.
You bring:
5-7 years in market intelligence, pricing, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience in payments and money movement is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking and detailed execution. Proficient in data analysis, market modeling, and financial forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling presentations and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, openness to new ideas, and the adaptability to manage and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
